Featuring two independent double bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a generous bathroom with a spacious shower. Every space has been thought out to make you feel at home from the very first moment: nothing superfluous, everything you truly need.

Kitchen
Gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer, and kettle. And to start your morning right: a Nespresso machine with complimentary capsules always at your disposal. Complete with a dining table, chairs, and large windows that flood the room with natural light.
Bedrooms
Two separate double bedrooms, each featuring a wardrobe and nightstands. One of the rooms is also equipped with a TV. Full privacy is guaranteed for all guests, whether you are traveling with a partner, a colleague, or a friend.
Bathroom
Spacious shower, washing machine, hairdryer, and complimentary guest toiletries.

Pet Friendly
Your four-legged friends are more than welcome!
Both dogs and cats are free to join you—up to 2 pets per booking. Because a true home never leaves anyone outside the door!
For every stay, you will find fresh linens and towels, a welcome kit, and a complete bathroom kit including soap, shower gel, toothpaste, and a toothbrush.
You don’t need to pack any of the essentials.

Info & House Rules
Check-in: From 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Late Arrival: After 8:00 PM, a quick check-in is available, with the requirement to complete the document check the following morning.
Guests must arrange an approximate arrival time with the Host prior to check-in.
Check-out: By 10:00 AM.
Late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and the property's schedule. The Host will inform guests of this possibility when applicable.
In-Person Check-in & Check-out: Registration and check-out will be done in person to verify identity documents and to collect the local Tourist Tax (Tassa di Soggiorno).
Guest Access & Privacy: The apartment is fully accessible only to registered guests. Unauthorized visitors are not permitted inside the property.
House Brochure: A digital or printed welcome brochure with all the house information and guidelines will be available for you to read.
Pre-Arrival Registration: Before your arrival, you will receive all necessary instructions to access the apartment and complete the required registration with an ID card or passport, in compliance with Italian law.
Welcome Gift: A complimentary Welcome Kit will be waiting for you upon arrival.
Long Stays (Over 7 Days): For hygiene reasons, professional cleaning and a linen/towel change are required every 7 days for stays longer than a week. The extra cost ranges from €38 to €50, depending on the number of beds to be prepared, and will be charged to the guest.
We kindly ask you to respect the house rules during your stay.
Parking
Both free and paid street parking options are available right outside the building.

Sunny's House is located in South Milan.
We are situated in the southern part of the city, perfectly connected to the city center and just a stone's throw away from the Navigli district—one of Milan’s most vibrant, historic, and best-loved neighborhoods.
The area is exceptionally well-served by public transport, making it quick and easy to reach any corner of the city via tram, bus, and metro. We are also conveniently close to Assago (Forum di Assago) and the Tangenziale Ovest (Western Ring Road).
Right outside your doorstep, you will find:
Tram 15: Takes you directly to the Duomo di Milano in just 15 minutes.
M4 Blue Metro Line (Santa Sofia stop): Direct connection to and from Linate Airport.
M3 Yellow Metro Line (Missori stop): Quick access to the city centre.
M2 Green Metro Line (Abbiategrasso stop / Direction Rozzano): Perfect for navigating the main train stations.
Famagosta
